Programs Manager and Lead Trainer
Maureen Atieno Obango is a community development practitioner and project manager with significant experience in grassroots mobilization, women’s empowerment, and climate change efforts. She works as a Project Manager with Nourish All, a US-based nonprofit organization, where she helps implement community-based agricultural and nutrition programs in collaboration with youth, women, and smallholder farmer groups.
Maureen has a solid background in community training, program coordination, and participatory development. She has held various roles focused on health education, gender capacity building, and livelihood improvement. Her experience includes leading training sessions, coordinating field activities, and supporting the monitoring and evaluation of community projects.
Maureen is dedicated to empowering communities through knowledge sharing, leadership development, and sustainable practices that strengthen resilience and enhance household well-being.
Vincent Ouma
Programs Assistant and Trainer
Vincent Otieno is an entrepreneur and works as a Project Supervisor with Nourish All, a US-based nonprofit, where he helps train farmers on various agricultural activities.
Vincent is experienced in agriculture, specifically organic farming. His main aim is to ensure sustainable food supply through agriculture.
William Otieno
Project Coordinator and Lead Trainer
William Otieno Agutu graduated in Agribusiness Management from Egerton University. He has extensive experience in agricultural training, extension services, and project coordination. Currently, he is an agricultural trainer and Project Coordinator with Nourish All. He focuses on designing and delivering community-based agricultural and nutrition programs for youth, women, and smallholder farmers.
His expertise includes practical and climate-smart agricultural systems. This covers mushroom production, kitchen and cone gardening, organic fertilizer preparation, composting, and the development of agribusiness skills. He is passionate about making agricultural knowledge straightforward and useful, providing solutions that improve household food security and rural livelihoods.
William is dedicated to empowering communities through hands-on training, skill-building, and sustainable farming methods. His work promotes self-reliance and supports economic resilience.
Mercy Akinyi
Programs Assistant and Trainer
Mercy Akinyi is a youth agripreneur, focusing on horticulture, spices, and herbs. She works as a Sales and Marketing Representative with Nourish All. She also assists with value addition in mushroom farming.
Mercy is passionate about helping women ensure food security in their homes by empowering them on women land rights and climate smart agriculture for households.
